We’ve also been doing this long enough to know that the only people that senior leadership trusts are the people they know the least - outside consultants. You’ve given it to us just by hiring us. And that’s a good thing, because we are exceptional at what we do - and what we do is marketing. So if you’re here for an audit or a full-blown campaign, welcome to the party. It’s going to be fun.

We’ve seen alot. We’ve done alot. We’ve launched campaigns around the world. We’ve won awards and accolades. What’s that mean? Absolutely nothing except we have the experience of having run agencies, built brands, and lead marketing teams that have won. And we know how to help everyone from large companies to small companies because we’ve designed the systems that tell us what’s working, what’s not, and we have the wisdom to know how to fix just about anything.

It’s not fair to say we don’t care. We do. Maybe too much. Which is why we have a few rules we abide by. We always try and tell the truth. And we know that may not make us friends. We also always try to make sure our work together has a clock ticking on it. That doesn’t mean that we can’t work together - but what it does mean is that we’re not looking for problems that we can fix. We’re looking for the problems that are holding you back. And the fact we’re not staking our dinner on what deal we close at lunch means that what we say has integrity - because there’s zero reason for it not to be the fairest, most accurate, and honest representation of the work your marketing is doing for you.
